Palm Beach Lady Fitness Center has graciously served the women of Greater Boca Raton Florida since 1993. We are honored to be the longest standing women's only fitness center in Palm Beach County. We pride ourselves on offering the safest and most exciting group fitness program throughout Palm Beach County. Our spacious group fitness exercise floor is 2,600 square feet offering exceptional floor space for classes.

Because we are a women's only health and fitness center, Palm Beach Lady specializes in programs to meet the needs of women of all  ages, shapes, and sizes. No matter what your individual fitness goal, Palm Beach Lady Fitness Center will design and implement  an exercise program that works for you!

Not only do we offer group fitness classes, we also offer cardiovascular machines such as: Life Fitness® treadmills, Life Fitness® recumbent bikes, Precor® elliptical trainers and StairMasters® 4400 Free Trainers, all of which provide excellent cardiovascular benefits and burn high calories.

On our main exercise floor we offer free weights and resistance machines such as: Sprint®, Nautilus® and Leg-Tech®.

Palm Beach Lady Fitness Center is conveniently located at the North end of the 5th Avenue Shops (next to Commerce Bank) on Federal Highway & 20th  Street in Beautiful Boca Raton, Florida.
