VIP Annual membership - Our VIP Annual Membership is our most popular membership program because it is our most cost effective membership option. Designed to meet the needs of our full time and seasonal residents. Our VIP Annual Membership has a modest membership enrollment fee with guaranteed monthly dues. As an added convenience  we offer a flexible FREEZE option so your membership can be placed on hold if you go out of town or unable to use your membership.

Month-to-Month Membership - If you are not sure how long you will be staying or just do not prefer an annual or term membership our Month-to-Month Membership may be just what you're looking for. With the payment of a modest membership fee and a slightly higher monthly dues than our VIP Membership you have the flexibility to cancel at any time with a 30 day notice.

Short Term Membership - If you know in advance exactly how long your stay will be, we do offer the following memberships: One Day, One Week, Two Weeks, One Month, Three Months, and Six Month Memberships. All at very reasonable rates.
