you're all grown up.
Ready to ride?
Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle and a sense of adventure are
all you need to get started.
If you're new to the
Spinning® program please let your instructor know. He or she can help
you adjust your Spinner® bike and familiarize you with its features.
The Spinning®
Program is a group fitness program comprised of stationary bikes called
Spinners® and taught by a certified Spinning®
Instructor.
The Spinning
workout
is both exciting and challenging. The goals you can expect to achieve
through participating in the Spinning®
Program are: realizing a more shapely and toned body, lowering your body
fat percentage, improving your energy level, greater self-discipline,
and an increase in self-motivation.
Although the
Spinning® program is considered challenging,
everyone is capable of participating
(you should consult
your physician before beginning any exercise program).
Each participant has complete control over the amount of resistance placed on the
Spinner®. This allows
each student to determine his or her own intensity level. Of course, as
you participate in more Spinning® Classes your fitness level improves
and so will the intensity at which you exercise.
